Big Day Out at W5

43 girls from Primary 5 and 6 reached their targets in our very successful Accelerated Reading programme. As a reward, they were treated to a day out at W5 followed by an ice hockey match.
The girls participated in a variety of STEM activities organised by W5. They designed electric cars, investigated flight and air pressure, experimented with forces using pulleys and worked as crime scene investigators. It was a fantastic day out and the girls thoroughly enjoyed it!
