Big Bird Watch

8th Feb 2022

Primary 3 have been involved in the Big School Bird Watch. We have been identifying birds by listening for their own special call and watching them in our school grounds. It was so exciting!

There lots of black-headed gulls circling our school yard.

We found lots of magpies. They have a very distinctive bird song.

There were wood pigeons cooing all around the school.

We spotted some swallows in the sky.

We collected our information in a tally chart.
