Chester’s Challenge - Week 1

Primary 5 really enjoyed their session with Cerys and Rakia from Chest, Heart and Stroke, for our first week of Chester’s Challenge. We learned all about what goes into a healthy diet and the nutrients each type of food provide our bodies. We are really looking forward to our next session.
