Chester's Challenge

Primary 5 welcomed Jessica, Claire and Amy from Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke Association today. They came to do the first in a series of 3 workshops with us to help us learn how to have a more healthy lifestyle. We learnt all about the Eatwell Guide - which shows us how much of each food group we should eat, and found out how much sugar is in some foods and drinks. We got to take information sheets home to our parents and are looking forward to our next session.
