Chester's Challenge

Primary 5 began a 3 week programme working with Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke Association. Jessica and Hannah came in to class and spoke to them about how to prevent heart attacks and strokes by eating a healthy diet. They were introduced to the Eatwell Guide and learnt how much sugar is in fizzy drinks and sweets.
