Chester's Challenge Week 2

Primary 5 spent more time with Jessica and Hannah from Northern Ireland Chest, Heart and Stroke Association learning about how to keep our hearts healthy. They took part in activities to show how blood circulates around the body - and how fat can stop this from happening as well as it should. They also found out how to spot the signs of someone having a heartache and what to do when this happens. It was a fun filled afternoon and they are looking forward to the final session next week.
