Concentric Circles Inspired by Wassily Kandinsky

Our Primary Seven girls combined their maths work with some art this afternoon. Using a compass and a given diameter of a circle they investigated the size of radius required to draw a number of circles and then presented their work in the style of Kandinsky. It is great to see the girls working so hard in their last full school week at Holy Cross Girls’.
