Holy Cross Astronauts - Destination Space

Primary 5 had great fun today while visiting W5 for the Destination Space workshop. They were met by a mad scientist, Sean, who helped them learn lots about life in space. They took part in different activities to show how astronauts get to space, how they recycle their water, why things float on the International Space Station and how to complete a space walk dressed in all the correct gear. They even had some time to play in interactive areas. They really enjoyed their morning and learnt lots of new facts on their space topic.
