Home Economics Week Two

Primary Seven enjoyed their second Home Economics lesson with Miss Waterworth from Hazelwood Integrated College. This week’s lesson focused on the importance of including fruit and vegetables in our diets. Based on the concept of “Tasting the Rainbow”, the girls tasted a variety of fruit, focusing on textures and specific tastes. Miss Waterworth also introduced two different slicing methods: the bridge hold and the claw grip. This helped prepare the girls for their next lesson.
