Irish News Critical Literacy Project - Week Three

Primary Seven continue to work hard on the Irish News Literacy Project. This week we completed a scavenger hunt using the newspaper. This enabled the girls to make inferences about why different messages are placed in different sections of the paper. In addition, this week’s political cartoon, by Ian Knox, inspired very interesting conversations and debate about the leadership style of Prime Minister Boris Johnston.
