Local and Global Learning @ HCG

As part of our whole school Global Learning Programme, we had a very special visit from a representative from the WE Organisation. The WE Organisation is a movement that brings people together and gives them the tools to change the world. Primary Six were delighted to be involved in a number of workshops with WE's facilitator, Frankie. Here the girls were provided with the opportunity to explore global issues such as deforestation, pollution, equality and diversity. The girls really enjoyed this experience and it served to heighten their awareness of local and global issues.
