Looking After Our Mental Health

Our Primary Seven pupils enjoyed a wonderful session with Donna from Ardoyne/Shankill Health Partnership. During the session the girls were taught how to use breathing exercises to self regulate when they feel stressed. We are really looking forward to working with Donna in the future.
