Looking After Our Mental Health

Our Primary Seven pupils enjoyed a wonderful relaxation session with Donna from Ardoyne/Shankill Health Partnership. To support the girls preparing for their transfer test, Donna shared a number of breathing techniques with all of our Primary Seven pupils and even treated them to some aromatherapy oil.
