Maths Week Ireland

This term Primary 4 are learning all about houses and homes in their Home Sweet Home topic.

The girls used their Data Handling skills to gather and sort information about the different types of houses that P4 girls live in.

They used a tally chart to manage their survey. From this tally chart, they learned that the most popular type of house that P4 girls live in is a detached house and the second most popular is a semi-detached house. Some girls also lived in terraced houses or a bungalow. Nobody lived in a cottage.

The girls then displayed this information on a venn diagram.
