Measuring Madness

Primary 5 were celebrating Maths Week Ireland by beginning their new topic of Length. They had to work in pairs to decide which measuring tools they would use to complete a series of tasks. They used tape measures, rulers, metre sticks and trundle wheels to measure a variety of items both in and outside of the classroom. A great start to Maths Week!
