Mental Health Week

As part of our Mental Health Week celebrations, Primary Six were delighted to work with Joe from T.A.M.H.I. as he brought back Mind-Full Play to Holy Cross Girls’. The girls remembered a lot of the lessons they had learnt when Joe was in working with them before Christmas, and enjoyed playing some of the games they had previously played and a few new ones. The girls remembered the importance of looking after their own mental health through self-care, talked how situations make them feel, and found solutions which will help them when they have problems they need to deal with. Joe was very impressed with the girls and we are looking forward to working together soon, as the girls develop their roles as leaders.
