Mercy College Taster Day

Primary 7 visited Mercy College as part of their Transition Programme.  The girls spent the day in Mercy College seeing what a day in the life of a Mercy College girl was like.  They participated in a variety of activities.  They cooked Rice Krispie buns in the Home Economics department and had great fun.  In the science lab they carried out experiments using the apparatus and were amazed at the results.  One activity which was a new experience for them was the trampolining and they reached great heights doing this.  The drama department was a hit with the girls who enjoyed dressing up and particpating in role play games.

All the girls had a fantastic day and can't wait for the new experiences that await them in their new post primary schools.
