Mindfulness in Action

Primary Six really enjoyed their final session of Mindfulness this morning, with Jemma from Aware NI. The session today focused on Growing Happiness and noticing the good stuff in life. The girls have been given lots of new techniques to help them deal with all the different situations which arise in their lives. A huge thank you to Jemma for her enthusiasm with the girls.
