Mindfulness Session 3 - Wobbling and Steadying

Today Noeleen talked to us about how we wobble when we are nervous or upset, and how we can bring our attention back to our feet and that this will help to steady us and calm us again. We learnt new breathing techniques as well - like finger breathing. Remember we can practice our breathing at any time. You could even ask the Primary 6 girls to teach you some of their techniques.
