Numeracy in Primary 6
30th Nov 2016
Primary Six were delighted to be involved in the 'Yes, I Can' numeracy programme with the University of Ulster. The purpose of the programme was to foster and further promote positive attitudes about numeracy. The pupils used a range of mathematical equipment to explore mathematical concepts such as fractions, decimals and percentages, and the properties of 2-D and 3-D shapes. The girls really enjoyed this programme and all agreed that maths is fun!
