P1 Trip to Montalto

The P1 children from Holy Cross and Wheatfield had a great trip to Montalto Estate, Ballynahinch. They enjoyed a wonderful outdoor adventure from the double decker bus journey to toasting marshmallows on an open fire in the forest. They made dens and potions and had lots of fun in the natural playground. Happily, we had good weather and were able to eat a picnic lunch outside. All the fresh air and outdoor activity resulted in a few tired girls on our homeward journey!!
