Paws B with Aware

Primary 6 were delighted to invite Jemma from Aware into our classroom this morning, to begin our new mindfulness programme, called Paws B. Jemma talked to us about the importance of looking after our Amazing brains and how we can train our brains. 

We look forward to working with her for the next 5 weeks.
