Poetry in Practice

Primary 6 spent the morning investigating poetry. We looked at “In the Bleak Mid-Winter” by Christina Rossetti. Today we looked at some of the language involved in the poem and what the meaning of the poem is. The girls loved listening the poem being sung as a carol, and are looking forward to exploring the poem in more detail.
