Potato and Leek Soup

Primary 5 were delighted to use some of the produce from our school garden to create potato and leek soup. They had to harvest the leeks first (which was easier said than done). Then the leeks were washed and chopped up. The children helped to make some delicious soup which they all enjoyed.
