Here at Holy Cross Girls' we are mad about reading!

We celebrated the end of our 'Read in Bed programme' in January and February with a Book Fair.

We bought all types of books from adventures stories to mysteries but the most popular type of books this year were definitely 'The Rainbow Fairies' series.

We also celebrated World Book Day this week. We dressed up as our favourite characters and were able to share some information about them with our friends in class.

To bring our special World Book Day celebrations to a close we took part in our annual 'Big Girls Read to Little Girls'.
