Reach for the Stars

Primary 5 have started their new World Around Us topic "Reach for the Stars". They will be learning all about space. As part of their topic they will be teaching the other pupils about an aspect of our solar system - one of the planets, the stars or even asteroids. They will learn to use the Keynote App to present their work. They have been working hard this week on researching - using books to find the important information which they think the rest of the class should know. They really enjoyed this although they also realised that some of the books aren't up to date with all the scientific research.
