Sun Scientists in P5

Leon from Cancer Focus visited P5 today to talk to the girls about staying safe in the sun. They learnt all about UV rays, sun cream and “faking it, not baking it”. Always remember to slip, slap, slop, slide and shade. Slip on a t-shirt, slap on a hat, slop on some sun screen, slide on some sun glasses and find the shade. Let’s hope we get some sunshine so that we can use our new knowledge.
