Tesco Food For Fuel

Primary 4 visited Tesco on the Antrim Road to find out more about 'Food for Fuel'.

We had to work in teams to find lots of fruit and vegetables from different countries that competed in the Summer Olympic Games and share our findings with each other.

We also learned that athletes have to drink lots of water to stay hydrated so that they can perform better.

We even got to create our own faces from healthy snacks.
