Who were the Vikings?

As part of Our World Around Us Topic: Raiders or Traders, Primary Six carried out a number of investigations trying to ascertain how we could best describe the Vikings in 2017. Working in teams, the girls used a wide range of secondary sources including pictures of artefacts, posters, Viking fact books as well as accessing a range of websites supplied by their teacher. This process allowed the girls to generate lots of ideas and enabled them to discuss and create questions that will underpin their learning throughout this topic. Well done girls!
