World Book Day in Primary 6

Primary 6 had lots of fun taking part in World Book Day today. They started the day with a quiz - trying to guess the front covers of some famous children’s books, before going to the assembly hall and showing off their wonderful outfits to all the girls in P4, P5 and P6. This was followed by a lovely session of Big Girls Read to Little Girls with Mrs Lavery’s Primary 3 class. We finished the day by continuing to decorate our World Book Day lampshades and completing a book based scavenger hunt. We all had lots of fun, and it was hard to choose our favourite part of the day. Miss Magill loved hearing all the chat about books and characters throughout the day.
