Young Reporters

Primary 6 enjoyed starting the Irish News Young News Readers Media Project this morning. For the next eight weeks the girls will use their own copies of the Irish News to develop their literacy and communication skills. Today the focussed on the questions a reporter might use, and created their own set of questions to ask someone who inspires them or is important in their life. The girls also had the opportunity to develop their understanding of the language of newspapers. They look forward to exploring their newspapers in more detail over the next 8 weeks.
