Complaints
Procedures to follow
To safeguard all our children, parents are not permitted to visit classrooms during the school day. If a parent has a concern she must arrange to speak to the teacher before or after class.
When parents consider that the curriculum provision for their child is not satisfactory, they are invited to express their concern to the school through...
- The Class Teacher at an arranged time
- The Principal by telephoning to explain the situation and request an appointment
- The School Board of Governors following the school complaints procedure
- The B.E.L.B. complaints tribunal for curriculum matters
- Parents may contact the Principal at any time and teachers are available to speak to parents every Wednesday from 3.00-3.30pm.
- A copy of the complaints procedure is sent to parents at the beginning of each school year.
