Primary 1 Learn About Keeping Safe

A PSNI Liaison Officer visited our school and talked to the pupils about how they can keep themselves safe.  They watched a DVD where "Think Bubble" reminded the pupils what a stranger is and what they can do if approached by one. The pupils practised shouting "No!" using their very loud voices. The importance of young children holding a grown-up's hand when out and about was reinforced. They listed safe adults they could go for help if they got lost out shopping. Finally the girls had some fun dressing up.
